It is Carozzi’s most curated tasting: a selection of cheeses and carefully crafted pairings designed to take you on a flavorful journey through the cheeses and traditions of Valsassina. And for those looking to make the experience even more indulgent, there is an option that includes a hot dish. Available daily, with reservations required at least two days in advance:
- Special Cheese: a tasting of selected cheeses with their perfect pairings
- Special Cheese & Salumi: combining cheeses with local cured meats
- Special Cheese & Pizzoccheri: featuring the addition of a classic hot mountain dish
- Aperitivo with Dessert: a delightful option to end on a sweet note
