At Carozzi in Pasturo, it is not just about eating well: you step inside the dairy to see firsthand how the cheeses are made, and then sit down to enjoy them. An hour spent amidst aromas, stories, and tastings—an experience well worth the trip.
- Guided tour of the dairy (approx. one hour), in Italian and English
- Tasting of fresh and aged cow, goat, and buffalo milk cheeses, accompanied by wine, water, and coffee
- Plus a hot dish (pizzoccheri, polenta taragna, or other menu options) in a gourmet version
- Available daily in Classic or Gourmet options; booking required at least 2 days in advance
