Next door is the butcher shop, where you can buy excellent meat, cheeses, and other local products. This is where they make our favorite tartare!  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Trattoria Corte Fiorina (city center)<\/strong>: An excellent and elegant restaurant located in a beautiful historic courtyard.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83c\udf1fUsteria<\/span>(downtown):<\/strong> Quality restaurant with Italian cuisine and excellent pizza.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2705 Pizzeria Santa Lucia (downtown):<\/strong> Historic pizzeria tucked away in the narrow streets of the historic center.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2705 Soqquadro (Pescarenico):<\/strong> High-quality seafood and pizza restaurant. A bit pricey and always busy. It has outdoor seating with a lake view \u2014 we recommend booking in advance.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ceko il Pescatore (Pescarenico):<\/strong> Gastronomy with the freshest fish. They offer seating and take-out fried fish cones. Little choice, but all good, and the managers are very nice. <\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83c\udf1f <\/span>Il Giardinetto (lake):<\/strong> Restaurant with terrace overlooking the lake. Top quality! <\/li>\n<li><strong>Al Verde (Upper Mandello):<\/strong> Typical mountain restaurant surrounded by greenery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Da Piero (Abbadia Lariana):<\/strong> Restaurant specializing in seafood with hearty, high-quality dishes.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83c\udf1f <\/span>La Selvaggia (Mandello alta):<\/strong> Excellent agriturismo on the road to the mountains, offering local food and generous portions.
