Nativoo is a benefit corporation<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs of October 2024, My Amazing Times Srl (a company that promotes its short-term rental activities through the NATIVOO brand) became a Benefit Corporation<\/strong>.

Why is it important?<\/strong><\/h3> The bylaws of a benefit corporation define the company’s commitment to operate not only for profit, but also to generate a positive impact on society and the environment. The bylaws specify the common-benefit goals that the company has in mind, such as environmental sustainability, improving social conditions, or promoting ethical practices. The benefit corporation is obliged to monitor and report annually on progress against the goals through a transparent and independent evaluation. This model allows companies to pursue for-profit goals while meeting social and environmental needs, combining responsibility and profit.

What have we added to our charter?<\/strong><\/h3> The Society, in addition to its profit-making purpose, pursues the following purposes of common benefit:
    \n \t
  1. Promotion and sustainable development of the area in which it operates, enhancing local resources and preserving environmental and cultural heritage;<\/li>\n \t
  2. Supporting Tourist Boards and Associations through partnerships, donations and joint initiatives;<\/li>\n \t
  3. Organization of training and information activities for local operators, with a focus on training on the expectations and needs of short-rental guests, in order to improve the quality of tourist accommodation;<\/li>\n \t
  4. Promotion of local commerce by supporting local merchants and artisans, thus contributing to the enhancement of local commerce and products;<\/li>\n \t
  5. Supporting the local economy by giving preference to local suppliers in procurement processes, thus promoting economic growth and sustainable development of the local production fabric;<\/li>\n \t
  6. Collaboration with the owners of the target properties in order to improve energy performance by promoting energy efficiency and environmental sustainability interventions;<\/li>\n \t
  7. Raising awareness among the local community and visitors, through information campaigns and environmental and cultural education projects, on sustainable tourism issues from environmental, economic and social perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ol> The company intends to contribute positively to the sustainable development of the area, improving the quality of life of the local community and the tourist experience of guests, with a view to common benefit and harmonious and responsible growth. The pursuit of these goals is done by operating in a responsible, sustainable and transparent manner towards people, communities, the territory and environment, social activities, agencies and associations and other stakeholders. To this end, the company is committed to operating with a vision that considers as a parameter of success not only economic and financial performance, but also the net benefit to all people businesses and entities with which the company comes into contact. \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    The Nativoo For Good<\/strong> Project is a “container of ideas” created to substantiate our commitment stated in our bylaws as a benefit society. It will involve the people of Nativoo who freely wish to contribute to the development of sustainable initiatives by collecting ideas, promoting initiatives and measuring the outcome. Ideas and initiatives will be collected from employees, partners, guests, and homeowners; these ideas will be categorized according to the goals of our charter, and investments and impacts will be defined and measured for each idea. Nativoo’s commitment will be to communicate which of these ideas have been selected to be implemented, and reports and progress will be provided for those selected. The first phase of the project is to define the team that will lead the evolution of Nativoo For Good:
