The apartment is located on the ground floor<\/strong>, and is ideal for accommodating people who want a quality stay in a perfectly usable and accessible home, with a large private outdoor space and generously sized garage. The apartment is accessed from a well-maintained courtyard; you are greeted by the large living room with comfortable sofa bed and television, with direct access to the private courtyard. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen, while to the right is the sleeping area, with large bedroom with double bed and single bed, and bathroom with shower. <\/p>\n

The apartment accommodates a maximum of five people,<\/strong> and has an additional crib for children up to three years old. The kitchen equipment is more than generous, and will satisfy the most demanding guests. Given the location and features, the apartment lends itself very well to accommodate elderly people who wish to accommodate their children or grandchildren who come to visit them on weekends. <\/p>\n

It is also finely furnished and located in the heart of Cremeno, a stone’s throw from the village center and its small stores, and close to the Nebbiana Fountain, dating back to the 19th century and still a place to collect fresh, clear water. From the fountain starts an ancient path that leads to Barzio, and connects the highland villages to Moggio. <\/p>\n
