The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit society that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability goals in its bylaws. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator whose entrance is at 37 Noccoli Street.<\/p>

To reach the apartment from Lecco you can take the road in the direction of Valsassina, continue to Colli di Balisilio, at the traffic circle take the first exit on the right; continue to a second traffic circle and there take the second exit. Go straight following the signs VIDEO<\/a> that will lead you directly to the apartment.<\/p>

When you arrive, you will find yourself in front of a residence with several pink-colored buildings; once in front, open the gate and go to the first building on the right. Go up to the second floor. There is a label on the door and there you are!<\/p>

The apartment is set in a small green park, where guests have exclusive access to all areas, including the terrace.<\/p>

It is located near Barzio’s sports center, which has tennis courts, soccer fields and children’s spaces. During winter, a free shuttle bus to the ski lifts stops just 400 meters from the apartment.<\/p>
