IL GIARDINO IN CENTRO PAESE is a spacious three-room apartment located in the heart of Barzio, just a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop to Piani di Bobbio. Ideal for those who want a true mountain residence with generous outdoor spaces, accessible and with unique views.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The apartment is located on central Via Bergamini, which connects the center of town with the ski lift area. It enjoys a large private outdoor space and covered parking. From the terrace there is a view of the Grigne group. <\/p>\n

The entrance is on the ground floor<\/strong> of the small building: it opens onto the living area with a large table and corner sofas, one of which can be converted into a fifth bed if necessary; the heart of the apartment, the living area provides direct access to the private terrace, kitchen and sleeping area. The kitchen is well equipped, and has induction, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two overlapping corner beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. <\/p>\n

The washing machine is private and located in the communal laundry room. Placed at the far right in the room and is shared with another apartment. <\/p>\n

Admission is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can be done either by physical check-in (meeting with a person) or self check-in (picking up keys from a lock-box).
