As owners of the apartment, we wanted to welcome you through this letter and tell you about our adventure. <\/em><\/p>

We are an Italian-Belgian family. (You can tell by the glasses of Belgian beer in the house). I grew up on the lake, but for love I moved abroad where I have lived for 20 years now. At home we speak Italian and Dutch. After many years of sacrifice and research, we managed to buy this apartment, hoping one day to live back in my country. As soon as the opportunity arises, we come back to enjoy the lake, the mountains, our family and friends. <\/em><\/p>

We have furnished and equipped the house as comfortably as possible, trying not to let you guests lack anything. We want you to feel at home and ask you to respect it as if it were your own. <\/em><\/p>

In the residence you will have the opportunity to get to know our dear neighbors. We ask you to take good care of them. They are always helpful and welcoming. Or you can simply enjoy a relaxing day at the edge of the large swimming pool of the residence with park in which our apartment is inserted. We are just a few hundred meters from the train station that connects Milan to the entire eastern shore of the lake; you can easily reach famous destinations such as Varenna, Bellano, Bellagio, Dervio, Colico, Mandello or Lecco. If you arrive by car, you will have a convenient covered garage at your disposal.
