LA ROSETA CARAMEL apartment located in<\/strong> Via Pino n. 4A <\/strong>, is located on the ground floor<\/strong> from the pedestrian entrances , offers a bright living area with a kitchenette and direct access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and a large bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people<\/strong>, thanks to the two single sofa beds in the living room. For larger groups, it can be booked together with the Cr\u00e9me apartment, for a total capacity of up to 8 guests.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

It is easily reached by car, by train from Fiumelatte station, or on foot, taking 20 minutes to walk along a historic medieval path that once connected Lecco to the upper lake.<\/p>\n

Location that will give you a unique experience in the heart of one of the most iconic villages of Lake Como, where you can admire fiery sunsets from the large terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment, recently renovated and furnished with care, is located within a detached house dedicated to short-term rentals. <\/p>\n

Fiumelatte is known for having one of the shortest streams in Italy, about 250 meters long, and for its fascinating characteristic of flowing only from March to October, then disappearing in the winter months. This phenomenon has aroused the curiosity of travelers and scholars, including Leonardo da Vinci, who mentioned it in his writings. <\/p>\n
