Once you enter through the pedestrian gate, follow the path all the way to the end and turn left. Go down the steps and turn right; the condominium entrance is right there.
Once inside, turn left again, go up a few steps, and the apartment door will be on your right.

The keys are stored in a keybox attached to the left of the entrance gate. We will send you the code in a email the day of your arrival!

At the end of your stay, please check the checkout rules, close the house and deposit the keys in the lock, taking care to rotate the numbers after closing the lock so that it cannot be opened unless the correct code is entered.

You can park in our private parking space located in the garage. The vehicle gate is to the left of the pedestrian entrance. After opening the gate, go down into the condominium garage. Our parking space is immediately to the left of the stairs.

Please note: the space is a bit tight; for larger cars, we recommend checking the space before entering with car.

Pets in this house are unfortunately not accepted.

The Municipality of Barzio does not charge Tourist Tax.

Please sort your trash from the beginning of your stay!

The recycling bins are located on the garage level. As you leave the main entrance, go down the stairs on the right and you will find the bins on the left as you enter the garage. Please sort your waste:

• Plastic and cans: purple bag
• Paper: yellow bin
• Glass: blue bin
• Organic: biodegradeble bag, green bin
• Mixed: a transparent bag

It is very important to separate the waste properly into different bags and take it to the designated bins.

Please remember that improper disposal of garbage may result in fines from the condominium administrator.

Heating in this apartment is centralized. The termostate to control the internal temperature is located near the entrance door According to national legal regulations and those dictated by WHO (the World Health Organization) , the ideal temperature to be kept in the home should be around 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2° over or under, so that means it should be between 18° and 22° C.

Barzio is a charming mountain village in the Valsassina valley, surrounded by the peaks of Grigna and Resegone! You will find several grocery stores in the center:

• Aldeni Bakery: small grocery store on Via Madonnina, 8, stocked with the necessities for small purchases
• The greengrocer: offers fresh fruits and vegetables of all kinds and qualities

Barzio also offers several stores of mountain clothing and equipment, such as winter sports, technical footwear, running, trail running….a largeBike and E-Bike department and an ‘entire floor dedicated to fashion and leisure.

Also present are several cozy cafes in the center of town and other small stores!

If you are a book lover in Barzio you will also find the Municipal Library in Via A. Manzoni, 12.

To reach Barzio you can choose several options:

1.By car This is one of the most convenient ways, especially if you start from Lecco or other surrounding locations. Follow directions toward Ballabio and then toward Barzio -Valsassina

2.By transportation: You can arrive from Milan by train directly to Lecco and then take bus D35 . The closest stop to the apartment is near the Sole e Luna bar.
