From idea to departure

Ask us for a free, no-obligation visit. We’ll introduce you to the world of short rentals, check if your home is suitable or what needs to be done to become one… and if all goes well we’ll proceed with the activation phase; we’ll take care of everything; all the bureaucracy, preparation, photo shoot, publication on online agencies,…

Reservation management

We will take care of everything! From positioning and pricing strategy, online reservation management, all hospitality activities from check-in to check-out, cleaning and control. We will also intervene in case of minor maintenance. You will be able to check receipts as reservations come in, and you will receive a transfer at the end of each month!

Tax and legal aspects

We will choose together with you the best type of short rent (tourist lease, vacation home,…); we are tax withholding agent, if you choose the dry coupon even you will receive the money after tax without doing anything else! We will also explain the business model that our lawyers and tax lawyers have designed to optimize your margin. After the first 6 months, you will be free to choose whether to continue or stop with no obligation other than to allow us to complete the stays you have already booked

How much will you earn?

Our model is simple and always verifiable. Suppose the client pays €1,000 for 8 nights, plus €50 for cleaning. If you choose the “all inclusive” formula, in which we do all the all-around management, the 50€ we use to pay for cleaning and sheet rental, about 180€ will go to the online agencies. Of the remaining 820€, we keep 25%+VAT for full management. You will be left with as much as 570€ without doing anything except making the house and utilities available.
