Thank you for Choosing a location of the Nativoo tribe.

Your stay with us is coming to an end, and we hope that everything has lived up to your expectations. We would like to use this time to give you all the information you need to end it in the best possible way, and gather any useful information so that we can improve.

House Rules

Unless otherwise agreed upon, check-out is by 11:00 am. It is important to respect the check-out time because we need to organize cleaning activities to prepare the apartments for the next guests. It is possible to eventually request a late check-out service (see the next section), but for which we need confirmation because it may overlap with an already accepted request for early check-in of later guests. Please contact us on the numbers we have provided!

However, always notify us when you leave the house. A message through the reservation channel or via whatsapp is sufficient.

Allows you to leave by 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am. It has a one-time cost of 20€, but must be confirmed by your House Manager. If you have not already requested it and received confirmation during Check-in, you can request it by contacting us directly via channel or whatsapp.
Obviously, the earlier it is requested, the higher the probability of confirmation. If positive, you will receive confirmation and link for online payment.

If you found the keys in a locker, please lock the house and put the keys back in the locker, taking care to change the combination once the lock is closed again so that it cannot be opened without knowing the code. If, on the other hand, you received the keys directly from a Nativeo House Manager, please contact us to arrange delivery arrangements.

The cleaning service charged to you covers general cleaning and the provision of sheets, towels and welcome kit.
It has been calculated taking into account the hours it takes a cleaning team to clean the apartment left in standard condition. In order for us to keep the cost of the service low, please leave the house in a condition that allows for proper cleaning.
In particular, we ask you to:
-wash and tidy up dishes and pots and pans
-collect garbage in separate bags
-deposit all used towels in one spot on the floor, especially if wet.

Please report to us any damage, even minimal. This is especially important so that we can quickly repair what is broken and have our next guests find the apartment in the best condition

Garbage should be separated into:

  • Plastic and cans
  • Clean glass
  • Paper and cardboard
  • Generic and Wet

Unless instructed otherwise, leave the bags in one place (if there is on the terrace, otherwise in the kitchen).
Please do not leave bags outside the apartment unless you are sure you are leaving them in a suitable place and abiding by the rules of the house or apartment building.

On your way out we will conduct quick checks on the house’s equipment. Especially towels and small electrical equipment such as hair dryers and adapters.
Please check that they have not been inadvertently stowed in the suitcases, as otherwise we would be forced to charge you.

Some municipalities require managers to collect the tourist tax. Generally these are the towns that border the lake; in Valsassina it is not yet required. Please check the messages we sent you during Check-in, and make sure you have made your payment online. If you are not sure, please send us a message to make sure you have paid the required amount correctly.
We have a duty to pay the relevant authorities the collected tourist tax, and we must notify the authorities of the details of those who have not paid and the reasons for non-payment.

More information

In case you need additional information, feel free to send a message via reservation channel or via whatsapp to the numbers provided during check-in.
We like to respond as quickly as possible; therefore, we would like to point out that we try to be very fast during normal business hours (approximately from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm), while we may not see messages immediately during other times.

We have thought of offering additional check-out services for those who want to make the most of every second of their vacation 🙂

Dishwashing service

You may leave dirty dishes and dishes in the sink; we will take care of cleaning them for you. Cost 15€. Pay here

Garbage collection service

If you don’t have time to sort the trash into bags and prefer to leave it all together, we will have to sort it for you. Cost 15€ Pay here
