  • Name: EOLO_226077
  • Password: pMLUv53ms
  • Since the apartment is located a ZTL area we suggest you park here: Constitution Street Parking: GOOGLE MAPS
  • Or even Parking Square: GOOGLE MAPS

Please note: The apartment is in downtown Lecco, in a ZTL area, so it is within walking distance.

The keys will be placed to the left in a compartment in the wall, open it and inside you will find the locker with the keys. The locker looks like this:

At the end of your stay, please check the checkout rules, close the house and deposit the keys in the lock, taking care to rotate the numbers after closing the lock so that it cannot be opened unless the correct code is entered.

Waste management in Lecco is a bit peculiar 🙂 . For this reason, we kindly ask you not to throw them away yourself. Just sort them into special bags and leave them in the apartment, and we will take care of the disposal!

Of course, if you have booked for a long stay, we will provide more detailed instructions on how to handle waste.

Recycling should be done in the following way:

  • Plastic and cans
  • Paper and cardboard (no dirty pizza boxes, please)
  • Glass
  • Organic waste

Everything else can be thrown in the undifferentiated waste.

Heating in this apartment is centralized. Turning on the central unit follows the rules imposed by the Condominium and Italian law. Lecco is in Climate Zone E, which stipulates that the heating can be turned on from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 14 hours. According to national legal regulations and those dictated by WHO (the World Health Organization) , the ideal temperature to be kept in the home should be around 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2° over or under, so that means it should be between 18° and 22° C.

Pets in this house are unfortunately not accepted.

The City of Lecco requires the payment of the tourist tax of €1.50/person/night, for a maximum of 5 nights to be paid for each guest aged 14 and over

In Italy there is an obligation to report guests of non-hotel facilities to the police headquarters. The house manager is responsible for collecting and verifying guest data and reporting them to the police headquarters within 24 hours for stays longer than a day and immediately for stays shorter than 24 hours.

Failure to submit data in the timeframe prescribed by law is a criminal offense.

Italian law provides that for short rentals (i.e., up to 29 nights) it is not necessary to file a rental contract; nevertheless, for greater protection and clarity between the parties Nativoo calls for the signing of a set of house rules that clarify the obligations and rights of the parties.

About 24h before check-out Nativoo will send a message containing useful information to better manage the release of the property.
These rules can be viewed at this link: www.nativoo.it/check-out
