Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

- glass
- cartoon
- wet
Leave the bags inside the house. At the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal.
The heating is centralized and its activation depends on the condominium rules. Temperature is controlled using the thermostatic valves on each radiator. During the mid-seasons, you can use the air conditioner, which can both heat and cool.

If the switches inside the apartment are on but there’s no power, you’ll need to go to the ground floor, to the white cabinets near the entrance door, and reset the circuit breaker assigned to apartment no. 7.

Hot water is provided by an electric boiler with an 80-liter capacity. When used, the boiler immediately starts reheating and takes about 2 hours to fully restore the hot water supply.
Please note: the boiler switch is located outside the bathroom.
