The keys are kept at the Nativoo office, located in Cremeno, Piazza Europa 1.

If the office is closed, you can retrieve the keys from the locker hanging on the gate to the left of the office entrance. The name of the padlock and the access code will be provided before your arrival.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, return the keys to the office at check-out or leave them in the padlock, just as you found them.

The apartment does not have a dedicated parking space. Please park outside the building in the available spots, which are all free and without time limits.

Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

• plastics and cans
• mixed
• glass
• cartoon

Please leave the bags on the small terrace in the designated containers; at the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal.

The heating system is independent. The boiler is located in the kitchen, and the thermostat is in the living room. To turn on the heating, press the small button by hand and adjust the temperature using the dial on the right.
