The keys are stored in a combination lockbox inside the mailbox.
You can retrieve the keys and use them to open the electric gate to park in the garage or go up to the apartment.

The code to open the mailbox is 795; the code for the lockbox is 1723.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, at check-out leave the keys in the lockbox, just as you found them.

You will find the Wi-Fi box in the entrance hall. The SSID and password are written on the back of the box.

The apartment has a garage, but access is through a very narrow driveway.
Please watch the video before deciding to park inside.
You may also park one car in the small courtyard outside, or more comfortably in the street parking spots shown in the video below.

VERY IMPORTANT: The trash MUST be left inside the apartment. It is strictly prohibited to take it to the outdoor areas of the building or use the trash bin, which is not available for use. Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

• plastics and cans
• mixed
• glass
• cartoon

Leave the bags inside the house. At the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal. If you have any doubts, please send us a message, but we kindly ask you not to leave trash outside, as we will be fined and forced to charge the fine to you.

The heating is centralized and controlled by a thermostat. From April 15th to October, the heating is not active.

If the electricity goes out, watch the video to try to restore it.
Please bring the keys needed to open the door, which is located immediately on the left as you enter the garage.
