Video to reach the apartment and the locker containing the keys, which is located on the side street off the main road (Via Varese), on the left as you head toward the lake, approximately ten meters after the beginning of the street. The locker code will be sent in the check-in message. With the keys, you will be able to enter the building; after a few steps on the right, you will find the entrance door.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, at check-out leave the keys in the lockbox, just as you found them.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are plenty of free spots available in the surrounding area. We suggest trying to enter Via Varese—there might be some free spaces under the bridge.

Please separate your waste from the beginning of your stay, using the bins provided in the kitchen:

• plastics and alluminium cans
• mixed
• glass
• paper and cardboard

Please leave the bins inside the apartment; we will take care of the disposal at the end of your stay.

The heating is independent and can be adjusted with a thermostat. It controls both hot water and heating.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us — we will guide you through the troubleshooting process.

If the circuit breaker trips, you can try to resolve the issue as follows:

• Inside the apartment, near the entrance door, you will find a first switch.
• If it doesn’t work, go up a few steps and on the right you will find the main switches.
