The keys are stored in a combination lockbox attached to the external railing behind the mailboxes. You can retrieve the keys and open the electric gate to park in the garage or go up to the house: https://youtube.com/shorts/G2xbAtwEzkc

You will receive the keybox code on the day of check-in, after completing the registration.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, at check-out leave the keys in the lockbox, just as you found them.

WiFi Box in living room. SSID and password on the box.

The apartment comes with a garage. Please park outside the building or in the garage, without occupying any spaces in the courtyard.

Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

• plastics and alluminium cans
• mixed
• glass
• paper and cardboard

Leave the bags inside the house. At the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal.

The heating is independent. The boiler is located in the kitchen. The thermostat is located in the anteroom.
