The keys are stored in the mailbox, which can be opened with a three-digit code that will be provided after registration.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, at check-out leave the keys in the lockbox, just as you found them.

The apartment does not have private parking, but there are plenty of free spots all around. Some are right outside the gate, and others a little further on. In this video, we show you some that can be reached via a small road.

Please separate your waste from the beginning of your stay, sorting it into different bags for:

• plastics and cans
• mixed
• glass
• cartoon

Leave the bags inside the house. At the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal.

The heating is independent and can be adjusted with a thermostat. It controls both hot water and heating.

• Inside the house, near the entrance door and low on the wall, you will find the first switch.
• If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to go down the stairs all the way to the bottom, bringing the large key from the key set. At the bottom of the stairs, on the left, you can open the door to the meters. Yours is the third one from the left.
