The keys are stored in a combination lockbox attached to the outside railing of the gate, located below the mailboxes. You can retrieve the keys and open the electric gate. Please park ONLY in the space marked with the letter “P” on the low wall. It is the only spot reserved for us.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, at check-out leave the keys in the lockbox, just as you found them.

IMPORTANT: There is no key for the pedestrian gate, so you must always enter through the driveway gate (the electric one for cars). The key to use is the one shown in the photo. The lock is located outside to the right of the gate, and inside between the two gates.

You will find the Wi-Fi box on the bedside table in the bedroom. The SSID and password are written on the back of the box.

The apartment has only one reserved parking space in the courtyard, marked with the letter P. Please do not park in spaces reserved for other apartments. The exact spot is where the red pick-up truck is located. You’ll find the letter P on the low wall.

Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

• Plastic and cans (yellow bin)
• mixed (under sink)
• glass (green bin)
• paper and cartoon (white bin)

Leave the bags inside the house. At the end of your stay, we will take care of the disposal.

The heating is independent. The boiler is located above the kitchen sink. The thermostat is positioned between the living room and the bedroom, and the instructions are written above it.

It is very important to leave the boiler switch at the entrance in the ON position. If you turn it to OFF, you will not have hot water either.
