The keys are in a lockbox located a few meters to the left of the gate, hidden behind a metal panel on the wall.
You will find two lockboxes — yours is the one on the left.
The code to open the lockbox will be provided in the check-in email.

Please, unless otherwise agreed, leave the keys in the mailbox at check-out, just as you found them.

HOW TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT:

• After collecting the keys, enter through the main gate and follow the entrance path.

• Walk straight ahead all the way to the end

• At the end of the path, take the trail to the right

• Enter the second shared building entrance you come across

• On the ground floor, turn left. The first door on your right is the apartment

• The apartment is marked with a TOP PANORAMA nameplate on the door

Important: Inside the lockbox, you will also find the key to the driveway gate.
You can use it to bring your car closer to the building and unload your luggage.
Once you’re done, we kindly ask you to park in the public spaces outside the building or in the designated garage.
Please do not leave your car in the condominium’s internal parking area beyond the gate.

We have a private covered garage available. It is located in the last row of garages as you go up from the main gate. Once inside the row, it is the third garage on the right.
Alternatively, you can find several public parking spaces in the square in front of My Friends Pub, on Via Vittorio Emanuele, close to the apartment.

The shared waste bins are located in the garage area, inside a dedicated room.
After entering through the pedestrian entrance, turn left — the door is labeled “PATTUMIERA”.
We kindly ask you to properly separate your waste and use the appropriate containers.
If you are unsure, it’s better to leave the bags inside the apartment.
Please do not leave bags with unsorted waste under any circumstances.

Here’s how to separate your waste:

• Plastic and cans → bin with purple bag

• Paper and cardboard → yellow bin

• Glass → blue bin

• Organic waste → green bin (only with biodegradable bags)

• Residual (non-recyclable) waste → bin with transparent bag

The heating is independent. The boiler is located on the outdoor terrace, and the thermostat is positioned near the entrance.

If the heating, hot water, or stove is not working, please check the following:

• The yellow valve on the small terrace must be open (position aligned with the pipes).
• The switch to the left of the boiler must be set to ON.
• The boiler must be turned on (green knob set to I).
• The yellow valve near the boiler must be open.
• The yellow valve under the sink must be open (for the stove).
