Welcome!

Welcome to our house! We are happy to host you and hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This page is designed to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your experience, while respecting the home and the rules of the Nativoo tribe. The keys are located in a locker hanging on the side of the garage. The locker looks like this:
At the end of your stay please check out the checkout rules, close the house and deposit the keys in the locker, taking care to rotate the numbers after closing the locker so that it cannot be opened unless you enter the correct code.

Please sort your garbage from the beginning of your stay, dividing it into:

  • purple bag: plastic and cans
  • gray bag: mixed
  • blue bucket: glass
  • yellow bucket: cardboard
  • green bucket: wet

It is very important to sort well in separate bags and take the garbage to the appropriate containers (see video instructions). We remind you that garbage must be placed:

  • Plastic and cans: containers inside the grid that say plastic
  • generic: containers within the grid with generic written on them

Heating in this apartment is centralized. Turning on the central unit follows the rules imposed by the Condominium and Italian law. According to national law and those dictated by the WHO (the World Health Organization) , the ideal temperature to be kept in the house should be around 20° C, with a maximum fluctuation of 2° over or under, so that means it should be between 18° and 22° C.

The thermostat is located above the chimney. You will be able to adjust the temperature by acting on the buttons. Please do not exceed the 22° prescribed by regulations.

How to adjust the temperature?

On the screen, in the upper right corner, there should be a little hand. If there is not, you must press and hold the top right button for two seconds until the hand no longer flashes. Then you can choose from 3 temperatures; T1, T2, T3 (buttons on the right).

Pets in this house are accepted, subject to the following conditions:

  • Accepted a single animal not exceeding 10kg in size and used to being indoors
  • Having paid for the extra service of 5€/day
  • Prohibited to let animals climb on furniture in general (e.g. beds and/or sofas)
  • Prohibited to leave the animal alone in the house
  • any damage must be promptly reported, even during the stay (e.g. scratches on doors or sofas, pee on furniture,…).

The Municipality of Cremeno does not charge Tourist Tax.

In Italy there is an obligation to report guests of non-hotel facilities to the police headquarters. The house manager is responsible for collecting and verifying guest data and reporting them to the police headquarters within 24 hours for stays longer than a day and immediately for stays shorter than 24 hours.

Failure to submit data in the timeframe prescribed by law is a criminal offense.

Italian law provides that for short rentals (i.e., up to 29 nights) it is not necessary to file a rental contract; nevertheless, for greater protection and clarity between the parties Nativoo calls for the signing of a set of house rules that clarify the obligations and rights of the parties.

About 24h before check-out Nativoo will send a message containing useful information to better manage the release of the property.
These rules can be viewed at this link: www.nativoo.it/check-out
